As little as 1 hour a week, as much as full weekends — we work around your schedule. Most mentors do 2-3 hours per week. Event volunteers come in for a single day or weekend.
No. Most of our volunteers aren't teachers. We need engineers, doctors, designers, students, working professionals, retirees — anyone willing to spend time with a young person. We'll guide you on how to be effective.
Yes. Many of our mentoring and content-creation roles are fully remote. Event and on-ground roles are based in Rajasthan, primarily Jaipur.
Yes — after you've completed your volunteering commitment, we issue a verified certificate that recognises your contribution. We can also write a reference for your records.
No. Volunteering is unpaid (and there's no fee to join). All travel/material reimbursements for on-ground volunteers are covered by Parmartham.
Tell us in the form. We've had volunteers run yoga classes, teach Tally, build websites, run mock interviews — if you have something to share, we'll find students who need it.
